What we do at our corporate R&D center in the fields of ferrous and non-ferrous metals we studied metal surface treatment technologies to develop products that could be used across industries while we lead the commercialization and capitalization of surface treatment agents.
Metal surface treatment normally involves pickling and passivating the surface of a heat-treated or welded steel pipe. Such processes use strong acid, which is a toxic material. Therefore, it can be detrimental to the environment. A large amount of harmful material is released to pollute the air and threaten the safety of workers.
At Chunwoo Tech, we do not use such toxic materials. We developed a treatment agent that is safe to use as we lay passivation film layers on the surface of stainless steel.
Our passivation filming technology does not cause rust or corrosion, with a lower defect rate, good productivity, and international patent registration.
